Why is the horsetail so valuable?
Field horsetail is treasury of exceptional substances having great effects on human health. It contains valuable flavonoids, mineral compounds, organic acids, plant sterols and most importantly – easily absorbable silicon compounds. Silicon is present in almost each tissue of our body, regulating cell operation and development. Due to its effects it has been called the Beauty Mineral.
How does horsetail improve your skin?
The silicon contained in field horsetail keeps the connective tissue moisturised, thus making your skin elastic, firm and healthy-looking. It also prevents wrinkle formation. Many study results suggest that silicon effectively stops the hair greying process, strengthens fragile and splitting nails and enhances immunity to dermatomycosis and bacterial infections.

Dosage
Recommended daily intake: 2 capsules during meals. Do not use with other silicon preparations. Prolonged use requires additional vitamin B1 supplementation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
