We have done our best to make our shop as functional and easy to use as possible. However, if any problems related to purchases in our shop occur, we present the most important information and regulations which enable making the right purchases in our shop.
Prices:
The products on our offer are given in recommended retail prices. The prices include 7% or 22% VAT. The prices in PLN are applicable only for purchases and postage in the area of Poland.
Parcel and postage costs:
Post and packaging costs are automatically added to the parcel price of each order depending on the parcel value:
- a parcel value of up to 50 PLN – 6 PLN
- a parcel value of 50-100 PLN – 8 PLN
- a parcel value above 100 PLN – 8 PLN + 20gr for each subsequent 20 PLN above 100 PLN
Order:
When all details concerning the ordered products, method of dispatch and personal details are correct click the submit order button to place your order. A page with your order confirmation will then appear. After placing your order, an e-mail will automatically be sent to the address given in the order, containing all details concerning the order and its number.
To make an order in our shop, it is necessary to register your personal details in our database.
